Rental Listings

A listing is automatically hidden from the public site once you approve a request for it (see the Requests tab). You can also hide or re-show any listing here at any time — the renter it was approved for can always still see it.

Rental Details

Photos and videos are public — visible to everyone before they pay. Owner contact, exact address and the map location stay locked until admin approves that renter's request.

Paste the exact spot's Google Maps link (share → copy link), or just type the address / place name / "lat,lng". Renders as a small real map after approval — clicking it opens full Google Maps. No API key needed.

Photos (multiple)

Upload photo

Paste direct image links, or upload files directly — uploads are auto-compressed to well under 100KB each and stored as part of this document (no Firebase Storage needed). Add as many photos as you like.

Videos (unlisted YouTube links)

Upload the video to YouTube as Unlisted, copy its link (e.g. https://youtube.com/watch?v=XXXXXXXXXXX), and paste it in a box below. It plays inline on the site — visitors are never sent to YouTube itself.

Additional Details (custom label/value pairs)

Use this for anything not already covered — e.g. "Water Supply: 24 hours", "Parking: 2 bikes", "Deposit: NPR 5,000". These show to renters only after approval, alongside the owner's contact details.
